Back in 2017, GLIDA was one of the early believers in the EV space. We ran awareness campaigns, supported policy makers with our Nordic experience, and brought people together through EV rallies to build stronger EV Communities. Our leadership focused on challenging assumptions and sharpening strategies in real time by staying close to EV users and hearing their voices.
We didn’t win people over with flashy ads—we connected with them. It was never about selling; it was about aligning. By going back to the basics—knowing our audience, speaking their language, and making them feel genuinely seen—we found the real win. Good old-fashioned empathy still works wonders. It has been magical for us—our secret ingredient!
